Here are our impressions of the trip "Cambodia and Vietnam to Hoi An 14 days" planned by Miss Thanh LE

Day 1: Welcomed by the guide and the driver at the airport of Phnom Penh and evening at the restaurant, everything is ok.

Day 2: Visits Phnom Penh in one day: it's enough. I think it was a good idea to organize the transfer to Siem Reap by plane: by taking a flight in the evening, we arrived in Siem Reap quickly and were ready for the visits the next morning. The choice of the restaurant is too touristy.

Day 3: Transfered by express boat to Siem Reap: TonleSap Lake is at this time at a relatively low level; the transfer, originally planned in 5:30 pm, lasted almost 8 hours. Very tiring and not much interesting, the lake is a kind of sea.

Day 4 to 12: Everything is ok, good organization and very good punctuality. Our guide on Siem Reap was very knowledgeable and spoke good French.

We have (re) chosen AUTENTIK VIETNAM following the success of our first trip in 2014. For this second trip in March 2017, my wife and I are happy with your organization and the seriousness you have shown us. The choice of hotels corresponded to our expectations.
If a third trip is organized, it will be again with AUTHENTIK VIETNAM.

We went back to Paris delighted with the stay in Vietnam with lots of memories.
Kindness of the people in Sapa was very pleasant for landscapes and villages and markets, animation of the old city streets of Hanoi, and cruise jonque Swan was very pleasant with guide Mee and comfort and super food, home super home Homestay in Thac Ba , very exotic walk in boat berry of terrestrial length.
I chose Authentik Vietnam by reading travel forums on the internet (the backpacker, and travel forum); the choice was based on your speed of response + nice suggested route + correct price compared to 6 other agencies.

We thank you for organizing our trip which went very well and also for your welcome in your office.

Overall, we are very happy with the trip with AUTHENTIK VIETNAM to Vietnam and Cambodia. The journey, the stages, the visits, the drivers, the guides, the vehicles, the hotels and the meals corresponded exactly to our expectations. In addition, you managed very well, despite the late hour, the plane problem we had with Vietnam Airlines from Hanoi. Hence the advantage of actually having the opportunity to contact a manager at any time, especially when we do not master English well as in our case.

There is one of the guides who had a lot of difficulty with French and that was sometimes difficult to understand, but I would not tell you which, so as not to harm him because he was very friendly. We have just returned from this great 17 day-trip, organized by Mr TU, the director of AUTENTIKVIETNAM. We were 2 couples and benefited during the stay from Ford Transit and Mercedes Sprinter vehicles of very good quality. We received the VIP services. Our guides with extensive knowledge of Vietnamese culture were very punctual and easily adapted to the wishes of holidaymakers.

I discovered Authentik Vietnam on websites and realized that someone who lives near my home had made a trip with them. After making contact with the author of the comments, it was clear that the seriousness of this company was well established.
With this agency you organize your trip well, you adapt your visits and your rest at your convenience in agreement with Mr TU.

We stayed at the Villa Saigon in Ho Chi Minh outside the quiet pool, the most efficient SPA we have done during this trip, gourmet restaurant, then a night on the bassac boat to do the Mekong, very well. Then on Hue pilgrimage village where we were upgraded to a beautiful bungalow with outdoor shower, pool, spa, good restaurant.

In Hoian, Essence Hoian Hotel and SPA (we had not recommended tested in town a SPA on the advice of the guide) Hotel a little away from the bustling city, very lively at night, pool, do not eat at restaurant but in town, good breakfasts.

Then in Hanoi Elegance Diamond Hotel & SPA, great restaurant on the top floor with views of the city, book in advance very popular even by locals, only flat no balcony, window, difficult to access behind a sofa glued to the wall and noisy city center, otherwise very spacious room. And finally a beautiful night in the Ha Long bay on the Junk Dragon Legend, superb cabin, staff to the small care. That's hoping to have been able to help you.

We loved this trip that allowed us to know your beautiful country. Everyone will bring their testimony. First, Hanoi and the center was a real discovery, even in the rain from Hanoi to Sapa with the ethnic villages, the camcau market, Ta Van, although the rice fields are not planted. All this was great and will leave us with memories for a long time. Hue and Hoi an were more centered on culture, temples, pagodas, urban life. With too many tourists in Hoi an, despite the beauty of this city, did not make us regret the departure. The hotels were well placed, the guides all very good, the drivers too. The train and Trung trips are original and interesting.

The HALONG Bay cruise is a must, but it is international tourism. In the timing, perhaps it was necessary to put a day of rest in the 1st week to cut the intensive and rich rhythm that you proposed to us. But this is a detail that will not make us lower the pleasure we had during this trip. And living the preparation of the TAT party was also a great opportunity. These are my first impressions. Today is the end of my journey in Vietnam. Unfortunately, I did not have time to thank you for your excellent work and professionalism. My family remains delighted with this trip and keeps a great memory of this beautiful country. I wanted to give you a feedback of our impressions starting with Hanoi and its region: perfect! Our guide was more than competent and spoke impeccable French, we can only recommend because nothing displeased us! Regarding the driver, he was smiling and very kind.

Regarding the center, our guide was competent but his French was very very insufficient, it was very complicated for us to understand sometimes explanations that sometimes was very vague ... some information was really clear and I had to read information on the information boards in English to inform my family of the interest of the place. We certainly do not recommend this guide who is struggling to be understood in French despite great kindness.

Driver was very well. Regarding the south, it was like the north, very well and guide spoke a French worthy of France. To recommend without hesitation because in addition to a French sometimes, our guide was very kind; as I said, like our guide to the region of Hanoi. The driver was not very smiling and a bit raw but was very friendly. In summary a very very good trip with you!

Guides up to our expectations (except for the central region) and a very successful trip! A huge congratulations to your team and a big THANK YOU to you all!

Regarding our choice to leave with Authentik Vietnam, we asked for other quotes and we were not convinced of the proposed itineraries. Friends to our daughter, living in Hong Kong, recommended you.

Regarding the route:
Hanoi. Interesting, but the stay too long, besides it's tiring because of the noise and not being able to walk in the sidewalks
Homestay, too, very interesting and enjoyable
Ancient Capital, interesting, with little content
Ha Long Bay. Excellent from all points of view
Phu Quoc, excellent
Seam Reap Very good too.

Regarding the travel, the drivers, we are very happy with the service.
The choice of hotels also met our criteria

Regarding guides:
Ms. Ha, very well-educated, an excellent level of French, but she was not always good advice. In Hanoi, we discovered the city of ourselves, and surely we did not know it well. She spent a lot of time on the history of the ethnographic museum, while visiting the typical houses was interesting, but we had little time.

In Ha Long, the guide was excellent. Animator, full of enthusiasm, communicating the joy of living and showing his country. Very cultivated and pleasant
In Cambodia, despite some difficulties in understanding the focus of our guide, we were very happy with him. He was pleasant in every way, helpful, attentive and wanting to show us the maximum possible. Excellent choice.
We have also paid too much for our souvenirs because traders do not display prices, and it is difficult to negotiate when the language is not understood.
