"A great trip!"
Hello ,
We have come back from Vietnam, my husband, my 68 year old father and me. For this first trip of 12 days in Vietnam we preferred to call on a local agency that is attentive to its customers and organizes a trip "turnkey". We chose "Authentik Vietnam" and we were not disappointed at all! Everything was perfectly organized and in accordance with our requests. Mr. Tu, the director of the agency, very kind and concerned about our well-being, welcomed us personally to our arrival in Hanoi and remained in permanent contact with us.
The used cars were comfortable and air conditioned. The drivers was very helpful and drove carefully. The guides, all of them very helpful, spoke French well and gave us all the necessary explanations. A special mention to Hoi, our guide in Saigon who speaks French perfectly. The hotels were clean, well located, comfortable and consistent with the advertised stars.
In short, a great trip and we strongly recommend Authentik agency. Thank you again Mr Dinh and all your team and see you soon for organizing our next trip to Vietnam!
