Hello,

It's been a month since we returned from a nice trip organized by your agency. We discover our photo books which reminds us of the trip. We have been destabilized by this country, sometimes disconcerted by the attitude of people, ways of living, thinking very different from ours. In the end, the trip was very exotic.

Your organization was perfect, the guides met very good quality as much on the level of the organization as from a point of view relational. Thank Khai for making us discover this North Vietnam, its availability, its professionalism, its skills leading us to want to know more about the history of your country. On this same week we also had a great driver (special mention!) Tung. Discreet but so effective and careful (it's not luxury in Vietnam!).

In the second part of the trip a guide replacing Duke, what a sympathy! Then for the rest of the trip it was with Michel, again we shared very good moments of complicity. The explanations were clear, excellent French and laughter assured. Small flat with some drivers who sometimes seemed a little in a hurry.

Thank you all for organizing a great program and accompanying us during this trip.
For the hotels, nothing to say, always of quality, clean and we were welcomed. Although the hotel Ninh Binh was very comfortable, it seemed a little out of the way.
For the catering the guides took us to pleasant places and the food was good (we did not like the one in front of the Phat Diem cathedral).

The weather, even if you are not for much, you knew how to get around it and you organize so that you get the most out of our trip ... and there hat !! What organization, what responsiveness! Another big thank to you. We appreciated your kindness and your concern to do well by remaining available and listening to our expectations. What professionalism! It's no problem that we advise your agency. Good luck, do not change anything and all our friends, the guides.
Small advice to travelers: do not hesitate to fly to Hue!

Dear Sir and Madam, 

We were a group of 12 and traveled from 24/03 to 12/ 04. The circuit and the stay have indeed excited all members of the group. The guides and drivers as well as the services and the organization in general were very appreciated. We knew Vietnamese landscapes and people amazing and seductive. Surprise and seduction were even stronger than we thought. Especially in the North, which everyone has kept in his heart, not to mention the spectacle of economic dynamics, its results and its surprises. We came back with lots of memories and pictures. The North has remained in our mind a magical region both by its landscapes and by its inhabitants.
All evenings were very nice and the accommodation was very satisfactory.
Our 2-day cruise on Halong Bay was beautiful of course, somewhat rustic, some improvements could be made to make it unforgettable.

For example:

Make kayaks available like the other junks of CAT BA
Bring the passengers if they want to be on a beach rather than bathing in the open sea, which is not within everyone's reach because of the currents.
Instead of hoisting the sails to look pretty in the photo we would have preferred sailing a little because the weather was good.
Before boarding the passengers, check the cleanliness of the cabins? Especially the dust and what's more on the fan !!!
This cruise was very pleasant with a very nice crew and simple but good meals.
Our trip that you realized, according to our desires, was magnificent.

The hotels and restaurants very well chosen and of good quality, the guides and the competent drivers, considerate, cultivated.
We wanted to discover Vietnam for a long time and this trip lived up to our expectations and our dreams.

Many thanks to you for your welcome and a big thank you to your team. Thank you for allowing us to live magical moments with people always welcoming, smiling, despite a life not always easy.

Hello to all the team of Authentik Vietnam,

Here is more than a month that we returned from our "Great Journey" !!!! And 40 days in this country that we love. After 4 consecutive trips to Vietnam you managed to make us discover more things we did not know, which I thank you.

In our choice we made one or two small mistakes but it was still a wonderful trip with our driver Hong and perfect guides Tu and Thai; moments of laughter and I hope I have not been too painful with them !!!!!

My big regret is the climb of Mount Hang Mua where I had a big blow of fatigue and forced to stop while we were almost at the top !!!!
Your organization was perfect and know that if customers have doubts or questions I will be happy to answer their questions if you wish.

Yes we well returned but after 24 days it is a bit difficult to resume daily activities. We had a wonderful time and we have to say it particularly in the north which dazzled us not only by its beauty and authenticity, but also the hard life of the mountain people. Thank you for the perfect organization of the stay, fantastic guides and particularly to Mr Thuyen who allowed us this great discovery of the North and spend beautiful evenings thanks to his translation but also to this wonderful driver Vau is his Smile, his courtesy and his kindness.

Could you get the email address of VAU or Thuyen because we would like to send them some pictures and our thanks. Without forgetting our last guide Pierre who really has an excellent and rich knowledge of his country and his culture: thank you to him !!!!

Moreover, we will not fail to recommend you to our friends and family as well as on the forums. We are happy to see you open your offer to Burma because we hesitated a long time before coming to Vietnam so why not our next destination?

Hello Mr. TRAN VAN TRUONG

Here is a short week that we have returned from our beautiful journey through your beautiful country and we are slow to resume our normal activities, full of images we are constantly returning to you.We are really very happy with your organization, everything was perfect, there were no bad surprises and we are delighted with our stay

We will not hide the fact that when we landed at SIEM REAP, we said to ourselves that it was fine whatever it had, as long as everything went well, and really we can only congratulate you for the whole organization of our stay, below are some highlights:

In Cambodia, SIEM REAP and its fabulous temples, the discovery of pagodas and the National Museum of PHNOM PENH, the market with tarantulas
The delta of the bucolic MEKONG, we really appreciated these places where the time seems suspended, the visit of floating markets with several kinds of boat is so interesting.
It was excited to visit TRA XU reserve, SADEC market, HUYNH THUY house , the pagodas and the market of CAI BE. I liked the night in our homestay which was very good and what to say of SAIGON Dizzying city that we do not get tired of watching the show mopeds!
The beach break in the center at HOI AN lantern city dazzled us. Although the coastline is more and more eroded, we had a good hotel for the seaside break and an interesting visit to the TRA QUE market, the Imperial City HUE and the beautiful boats on the Huong river.
The journey from HUE to HANOI, this stage will remain in our memories, we chose it but we can not say that it is very comfortable, the cabins are sketchy, the excessive air conditioning has prevented us from finding sleep but never mind, we forgot everything when we arrived in Hanoi, the captivating and vibrant capital.
The discovery of the breathtaking landscapes of the North, the bay along the land, wonderful landscapes then the road to MAI CHAU, beautiful bike rides through the rice fields, then all these meetings with different ethnic groups in SAPA delighted us a lot.
The return to HANOI where we walked a lot and saw many beautiful things was amazing. Finally, we spent time in the magical and majestic bay of Halong, on a junk like fairy tale with  impeccable services and reception,  had a wonderful beach break and a walk through the islands.  What a beautiful memory!
We just want to come back to a stage that we did not like: MUONG KHUONG, an uninteresting stage that we could have done without, in addition a not very practicable road , a lot of time spent on the vehicle on roads in very bad conditions and the night at the inhabitant did not leave us good memories, we knew that one was at the bottom of Vietnam but the places were dirty, nothing to see except the local market. We want to emphasize then:
The reception and the punctuality of your guides whatever the place of our stay, French - speaking guide and this was a bonus for us, pleasant and making us share the love of their country, M Tithya has SIEM REAP, M QUYNH in the delta Mekong, Mrs. Thuy in the center who put a lot of good will to master the French, and of course TO TOAN in the north with whom we spent the most time, we must also salute the seriousness and conduct of the drivers because the state of the roads could have disturbed them a bit, we were a little uncomfortable with tips, it is always difficult to judge 
All means of locomotion borrowed during our stay, the passage from Cambodia to Vietnam by speedboat, all kinds of boats and boats available to us during our various excursions, bike rides, buffalo tank etc . 
Your cars was comfortable (especially for 4) there was still a lot of work on the roads. The cities are not too far but it takes time to get there, we enjoyed having fresh water in the cars.
The choice of your hotels was always perfect, some better than others but it suited us, we enjoyed the hotels with pools
The visit of your collaborators to Saigon then to Hanoi, we could judge the seriousness of your agency.
That's why, we thank you for giving us time and advice during the preparation of our tour, for being always listening to us and we will recommend without any problem your agency around us.

Thank you for this wonderful stay which we will also remember the welcome, the smiles and the kindness of the population.
