Hello ladies,

It has been two weeks since we returned from our fabulous trip to Vietnam. I personally wanted to thank you and congratulate you for organizing our stay. Thank you for spoiling us during our visit to your agency. We could see and do so many different things throughout our journey that the 15 days went by at a crazy speed. We were well surrounded and advised by our guides, although very different from each other, throughout our journey. The choice of hotels was perfect. The fact that my niece Anne KIENTZLER speaks your language has also been a plus for us and we have appreciated it. I will not fail to make your agency known to my friends who are planning a trip to Vietnam. It's been nearly a month since we came back from Vietnam and daily life has resumed. But we keep in our heart the warmth of your welcome, the kindness of the people and the beauty of the landscapes. The trip was perfect in particular because of the quality of the sites visited, be it the authenticity of the northern landscapes and the respectful preservation of the minority ethnic groups, the spectacular beauty of the Halong Bay landscapes, the architectural treasures of Hue and from Hoi An, whose houses lit by multicolored lanterns delighted us, and the wanderings through the Mekong's waterways.

We were very touched by the kindness, your warm welcome and your constant concern to make our stay pleasant. We appreciated the professionalism and the availability of the guides always attentive and who, by their knowledge and their experience, allowed us to better understand the history and the painful past of your civilization but also to foresee the dynamic evolution of your country. We of course appreciated the comfort and the diversity of the accommodation, the selection of the good addresses of the restaurants as well as the quality of the reception at the inhabitant.

Congratulations for organizing this unforgettable and authentic stay and may be at a future discovery of other sites as splendid.

I take advantage of our last hour on the sea to send you our most sincere thanks for this wonderful trip. Already a big thank to you for having noted my birthday and for having filled me with 2 beautiful scarves which will remind me a long time our passage here.

We enjoyed the diversity of this trip:

Historical sites, museums, city life, nature, proximity to the population, crafts and even a little sport with small steps, biking and canoeing and of course a little swimming by the sea .. Transport by night train although less comfortable allowed to enjoy a maximum. Our guides spoke very good French and listened to us. The hotels are in line with our expectations (but here in Mui Ne the smile and flexibility are not appropriate for much of the staff ... shame because the place is beautiful.

In short we keep an excellent memory of this trip and we will not fail to recommend your agency if there is demand.

Following our stay in Vietnam, I wanted to thank you and say that we were satisfied with our stay.
The choice of hotels and tours was very good and the free time needed for rest or shopping was well arranged. The variety of means of locomotion is fun and the bike rides much closer to nature than doing the bus. Only visiting the Lover's house disappointed everyone, it was a very hot day and we were all tired. The stay with the first inhabitant pleased all and the proximity with the 3 generations of the family was very authentic. For the second night in the south, we were also very welcome and the place is very close to nature.
