I have just come back with my wife from this wonderful trip to Vietnam which has been masterfully programmed by this company that I did not know. The co-director, Mr. TRAN VAN TRUONG concocted exactly the trip we wanted. We did not want to travel in a group, to avoid running and avoid stress and we did everything that was planned at our speed.

First of all, we had a driver and a good French speaking guide, in a car provided for 7 people and moreover air-conditioned.
We ate in more than decent restaurants, and the hotels were very good. I still say that the last hotel in Saigon was not up to because of a room where we heard the shower of the neighbor. This is the only wrong note!

When we slept with locals in North and South, we can see that they are selected people, it's perfect. In terms of price, we compared with agencies Carrefour, Auchan, Leclerc, and we pay about € 94 more than a group trip. So, we must not deprive ourselves.
Congratulation to this agency and all its staff.

It is a month since we came back France. Today we give you a feedback of our stay in your beautiful country.
We arrived on May 5th in Hanoi, welcomed by your guide.
We keep an excellent memory of each region traveled and a pinch to the heart now that we are sorting the photos.

Without a doubt, we will talk about you around us, as our friends who have recommended us to you.
The program was very well organized and we really enjoyed being cared for in this way, freeing us from the worry of luggage and trips ...
The choice of hotels was very good, except that of Hoi-an, modified with our agreement.
It was certainly a nice hotel, but the rooms were small, with no luggage space, except on the ground, (so we had to step over our bulky luggage), and above all, out of the way of the historic center, which was not the case of the hotel initially proposed. So we had to travel by taxi.
Nothing to say about the skill and erudition of the three guides.
We thank again for the warm welcome we have received from your office staff and wish you continued success and success in your business.

I would first like to thank you for making our trip successful. The organization and the quality of program were impeccable. Moreover, I already recommend your agency to our acquaintances wishing to go to Vietnam and we will not fail to contact you for a second trip. For now, let me take stock of our trip in addition to satisfaction sheets already completed on site.

Drivers and buses:

All the drivers were perfect. It's the same for buses that have always been clean.
Only downside on the morning of our flight to Nha Trang, where the driver was waiting for us at the wrong address.

The guides :
 + For the Mekong:
Pierre, although nice, speaks a good French but was still difficult to be understood by everyone.

 + For the center:
Special mention for our guide Michel, by far the best guide we had during our stay. Very interesting and speaking perfect French, we felt passionate about his job and his country. Congratulations to him.
 + For Hanoi:
This is the guide we least appreciated. It was not as warm as we would have liked, visits sometimes to the run with explanations in a hurry.

Meals :

I emphasize the fact that we all ate very well throughout the stay
The restaurants were always clean and offered good food.

Hotels :

Despite our disappointment with the Liberty Hotel Nha Trang, we are overall very satisfied with our accommodations during our trip. A special mention for our cruise on the Bon Ngoc junk which was more than perfect, both for the boat and its crew.

Finally, I thank you especially for your great availability without which we would have lost our day in Nha Trang following the closure of part of the Vinpearl complex.

We also thank you for this trip and all your little attentions (take our news during the trip and gift memories of your beautiful country, not to mention your present enamel that makes us very happy) that we are satisfied and pleased!

Just a small point that we would like to suggest, although our stay has gone wonderfully well, we would have liked to have dinner with people and not just have dinner or lunch at home, but this may not be the custom at home and can not be that it is a desire to generalize for all.

I explain, at home when we are welcomed at the people we have a tradition of eating at the same table as them, we find it more friendly and warm!

I still remember that we appreciated the warm welcome and warmth of the people who welcomed us into their family.

We are back in France for a few days and I wanted to share with you my return for our trip to Vietnam from July 4th to 11th.

Thank  Authentik Vietnam a lot for organizing everything perfectly. Our guide Khai was perfect. He has made us discover many facets of your beautiful country. Whether in the city of Hanoi or in the mountains we enjoy explanations, stories and anecdotes. He knew how to be patient, available with us, satisfy our least wishes and settle in a few minutes the little problems that marked our stay (the arrival of a typhoon that has forced us to change our course, a sick child that he needed to be treated..etc)

A big thank for its effectiveness. And also congratulations to our smiling driver who has ensured despite this traffic and the many kilometers traveled.
Thanks to them, we had a great trip with many wonderful memories.
