Hello Mr. Tu,

We would like to thank you for this wonderful discovery of your country.
We will keep an excellent memory of our guide TUAN in North Vietnam, always playful, listening to us, and very available. Despite the unfavorable weather conditions in Halong Bay, we appreciated your commercial gesture regarding the lunch offered in counterpart. However, as you know, the friendliness of the proposed restaurant is not recommended, mainly from the manager of the restaurant (no complaints however about the quality of the kitchen). Day in Halong Bay, unforgettable land as well as the night homestay in Mai Chau. (very friendly owners).

Regarding our second guide, Mr CAT, we would have liked a little more dynamism, listening and availability on his part. He was very rich in culture, but too oriented for pagodas and temples. Visit of Hoian was very appreciated.

Finally, with TIN for our last stop, superb discovery of the South. We will keep a great memory of our guide and the Mekong Delta. (Very rich and intense days in activity). Note however a clarification for the night at the inhabitant, the owners should improve the quality of their breakfast and the bar, but do not change anything about their welcome and their cuisine.

For our part, we slept in the Garden section, no complaints, (which may not be the case for our friends who slept in the main house).
We thank you for the choice by your Agency of hotels and especially restaurants (quality of the kitchen and the very pleasant surroundings).

Rest assured that we will recommend the quality and seriousness of your services to our acquaintances who would like to visit your beautiful country.

First of all, we want to thank you for the gifts that the guide has given us.
We also appreciated that you trust us for the on-site payment (no down payment).
Regarding the organization we have entrusted to you, we are very satisfied with our stay.
The 2 guides were very friendly and interesting. They spoke French well and had good advices for our purchases of souvenirs.
The excursions and visits proposed pleased us.
The vehicles were comfortable, and the drivers were very good.
The only downside would come from the homestay in the Mekong Delta: we did not participate in cooking as expected; and the breakfast was a bit limited: there was no butter, no jam ... for the bread, and the bread crumb was nibbled before serving us.It is with pleasure that we will recommend you to people who plan to go to Vietnam.

Dear Mr. Tran, 

Already more than a week since we returned and we wanted to thank you again for this wonderful trip. Anatole was able to discover her country of birth thanks to the kindness of Tuan, Duong, Hoi and Binh who have always had the heart to follow his rhythm. We will talk for a long time about this past month in Vietnam, the richness of its culture, the kindness of its inhabitants and the culinary delights that made us take kilo! All three of us want to come back to Vietnam and discover new landscapes, meet new people and enrich each other. We really enjoyed the discovery of VIETNAM as you suggested it to us.
With hindsight, we realize how much we wanted to discover this country with many wishes and finally little time.
The bet was successful because you knew how to give a rhythm to this trip which, even if it was tiring, managing well the stages, was quite feasible in good conditions.
We saw a lot of things, learned a lot thanks to each step of the guides charming, experienced and very attentive which is really nice.

Each of them brought this very important personal touch that made our trip "human", with contacts and exchanges for us very important.
The last day, the day of our return, was actually a little stressful but everything was finally settled when you called yourself and took things in hand.
All ended well, that's what we remember.
Thanks again to you and we will of course not hesitate to talk about it as soon as we know someone who wants to make a trip within your scope of action.
A special mention for our latest guide to Cambodia, the one who asked us to call him "Mr. CARDINAL" because it has an unpronounceable name!

We would like you to send our thanks for helping us through to the end. We had to leave very quickly for boarding without having had the time to really tell him.
Thank you also to, TUAN, HA, MICHEL, KOA who were all really great in taking us out of the box to meet the real Vietnamese!

My watch did not work, a sign? I wanted time to stop here? Yes and No, we were also looking forward to seeing our children and our grandson.
Thank you to all your team for the quality of your stay. We were very happy to meet Tu and the professionals in the Hanoi office and then Tran at the end of the stay in Saigon.

And then of course a thousand thanks to our friend Khai who assured for 3 weeks with us. His human qualities, his skills, his knowledge of our two cultures are extraordinary for us to share these meetings at the other end of the world. His interpersonal skills, his vigilance and his respect for others are really the qualities that make him a great ambassador for your country and for Authentik Vietnam.
Thanks to our two drivers Toni whom we have found with pleasure and who is in the sharing and exchange and then Kuan who also assured on the long difficult roads.

I do not know if we will have a quality questionnaire at the end of this stay but for us we wanted to share with you our feelings after this second stay. A third ? And why not, not before 2016, Michel has plans.
Meanwhile, some people around us are interested in preparing a stay with Authentik Vietnam, we will accompany them for these projects. You can count on us.
Good luck to all your team. And above all we will have a lot of fun welcoming you home if you plan to make a trip to France. Welcome!

We have returned home and it is much less hot.
What a nice trip we did. The guides and drivers were great especially Bien and Tuan.
We had trouble leaving them.
This 2nd trip to Vietnam was great.
