I came back from a trip of more than 3 weeks, organized by Authentik Vietnam.
Everything was perfect. Off-the-beaten path tours by hordes of tourists, accommodation, meeting with locals, and above all, the availability and kindness of the two directors of the agency. The most beautiful trip of my life (the third in Vietnam) and I hope to return again.

Indeed, we had a great trip with a wonderful memory. I am aware that for you, welcoming a person in a wheelchair was a particular challenge and I can assure you that the help of your guides and your drivers has been very effective. The heat arriving in Hanoi was a bit overwhelming at first but we got used to it quickly.

My only regret is to have lost the address Mail of the owner of the restaurant we came Can Tô. I had taken a photo with his wife and boy and promised to send him an email. Unfortunately it will not be possible.
I will certainly advise your agency to friends who want to visit Vietnam.

Hotel services and catering were of good quality. We appreciated. Guide in the south, very professional and super nice. A little "man" very nice! Driver was very attentive and drove smoothly.

We appreciated your responsiveness in case of problems, it's great.
We had a good trip back. Now it only remains to relive all this through the photos and the camera.

We have returned to France. We were very happy with the organization of the trip. Everything went very well, and the logistics organization was perfect! The guides were very good and spoke good French. The only "downside" is that we visited a lot of pagodas / temples, that was interesting but the cultural dimension was a little too developed. For example, we did not visit the museum Cham because we preferred to stop longer and frequently on the road by motorbikes.

We particularly enjoyed the choice of places with few tourists, it is very appreciated. No problem with hotels, the worst being that of Ninh Binh where we had more hot water in the morning.

One suggestion might be to give restaurants’ addresses for dinner as well but we found very good addresses thanks to our guides.
I sincerely thank you for this organization and I will give your details to my father who has a project to travel to Vietnam with friends next year.

We organized with friends, a bit at the last moment, a week-long trip to Vietnam, late April - early May.

The initial option was to share our time between a few days in Ho Chi Minh City and Hue. We had to give up Hue given the impossibility of finding a place of plane or train between the 2 cities.

Authentik Vietnam organized a trip of very good quality: Mr. Ding Ngoc Tu very well adapted to the situation, showed a lot of flexibility and we organized a very good stay despite the very short deadlines: good steps, excellent guide, permanent service, all for a reasonable price.
I can only recommend this agency to travelers planning a trip to Vietnam.

I hope you and your team are well. Thierry and I thank you for this authentic stay that you organized. Everything was good: the 5 guides (Zung, Hue, Chang for Vietnam and Sampol and Savorne for Cambodia) that we had were very pleasant and always answered very nicely to our questions. They made us share their way of life and explained to us a lot of things on very different themes: religion, food, children, family, marriage, work ... And that we liked very much because it is very interesting to discover the country and its people.

All the regions of Vietnam as well as Cambodia really liked us. It was a total change of scenery. The tours were always well organized, the chosen hotels were very clean and the meals provided in the restaurants made us discover a very varied and very good cuisine. For our free evening meals, our guides told us good restaurants.

We really enjoyed the bike rides that allowed us to be close to the population as well as the train trip which was very authentic! We also enjoyed the meal, the folk dances and the night at this very nice Thai lady.

Thierry, Jean-Paul and I thank you again for all this as well as for your kindness and your availability. We have lots of beautiful memories in mind.
What is certain is that we will recommend your agency to all those who ask us for advice.
