Hello Mr. Tu,

We would like to thank you for your professionalism regarding our trip to Vietnam and Cambodia.
Everything was perfect. No delay on the part of guides and drivers. They were all really very kind and helpful.
We enjoyed traveling with you because it allowed us to see and meet people we would not have access to without the presence of your guides.

Phung who made us visit the south seemed really passionate in all his explanations and what to say about the inhabitant with whom we stayed. I know we had to go to another place but the one advised by Phung was really good. We cooked the meal with our hostess and it was excellent. We also enjoyed cycling and boating in the different villages.

Our trip to Cambodia was beautiful. The guide ( I can not remember his name) was very friendly and made us discover the wonderful temples of Angkor. When we arrived at the temples despite a very busy day, we did not have to wait in line to get our tickets which would probably have been the case when going alone.

(Only negative point was the meal (buffet in a room full of tourists) We are not buffets lovers.
When we got up to get our meal, the counters were empty. We had to be content with what was left.
If we had originally known that the meal was a buffet, we would probably have found a place that suited us better. We are perhaps the only ones who do not appreciate this kind of food but it might be advisable to specify it in the itinerary.

Hoian was really a crush. Very nice little town.
Our cruise on the Huong River on a private boat was enjoyable. The lunch was excellent.
On the other hand, we had a small discomfort concerning the sale of objects on the boat.
We were aware that we were in their house and we felt obliged to buy a little something. We bought a scarf and it was ok. But the person really insisted on selling us something else. Since we only had one backpack we could not even if it would have tents, buy all the nice things we saw on our trip.

We spent a lot of time in North Vietnam with Truong the guide and Ba the driver. (I apologize if I do not write the names correctly). Ba is an excellent driver. It must have been very difficult and tiring for him to drive on these roads and in this haze. He was very careful throughout the trip. Truong introduced us to several ethnic groups. He was very comfortable talking to these people and showing us their home. We had very pleasant moments in their companies. The end of our trip with Ba and Truong was really appreciated.

I had to take down their e-mail addresses but I forgot to ask them when we left. Would it be possible to send them to us so that we can send photos taken from them.
Be sure that we will talk about the excellent service of Authentik Vietnam to prospective travelers who would like to visit your country.

I also posted some pictures of us with some of our guides. I do not know if you will have access to one drive or I have some pictures.

It's been a month since our return and we're still there in our thoughts and dreams.

We entrusted our 2014 end-of-year trip to the Authentik Vietnam agency which knew how to highlight each of our wishes to be closer to our Vietnamese friends.
Mr Tu, the guides and the drivers accompanied us throughout our journey. We shared unforgettable and warm moments.

Quality of the perfect services as well as remote organization were very pleasant and very reactive for all questions.

We have traveled to 2 couples (35 / 40years), and they really managed everything. We felt perfectly taken in hand.

I take the time to send you a note, we are well back "a little tired" it is normal as well had to tell you I had a small health problem that did not last.
We are very happy with our stay in Vietnam, it is a beautiful country where there is a lot to see, I did not return a questionnaire that of Cambodia I lost it, here we also had good guides of course some did not have a perfect French but it is practicing that one improves.  The restaurants you picked us were really good as well as the lovely our guides, we will recommend Authentik Vietnam around us.

Just a little thing I said to the last guide, as we stayed for three weeks and we had already seen a lot of Temples and Pagodas, I would have liked to have a full day to go on a the beautiful beaches between Hue and Hoian "we wanted to swim"

The least: the visit of the crocodile farm and the city in which the farm is.
Most: competent guides, available and attentive (all offered small gifts to our children), a program corresponding to our expectations, the quality of the restaurants chosen by your agency and the quality of hotels ... a great welcome from of your entire team.
This is the third time we have been using a travel agency for private tours in Asia and we have appreciated the seriousness and quality of your services.

The guides "Hugo", Van, Viet, Quoc had a perfect French and were attentive and efficient in everything. The very professional drivers in this destabilizing traffic for us .... Dear Mr. Tu,

I found my French life fully when I returned and I promised myself to write to you to tell you how much I had enjoyed this trip, which for me was a homecoming and the discovery of places I could not know in the years 1956.1957.1958 for the historical reasons that we know.

I found the landscapes, the scents, the kindness of the inhabitants despite the changes, the misfortunes that have occurred since ... and it is with great emotion that I lived this trip and discovered a Viet-Nam in full expansion I knew, because I am the news, but I could see it, which made me happy. Of course I only aspire to one thing, it come back as soon as it will be possible.

Your organization has been perfect, the reception has always been very friendly, the guides have been excellent. I will remember Mr. Dung in Hanoi, Halong Bay and the north, Ms. May who made us visit the ethnographic museum and their in-depth knowledge of the subject for a long time. The driver Mr. HA was perfectly kind and thoughtful despite the linguistic barrier.Madame Thao in the Center in Hue and Hoi An very competent too.Mr. Thinh accompanied us to Dac Lak and Dalat with Mr. Ba the driver. In the south I really appreciated Mrs. Phung and Mr. Kiet the driver very available. I had a good time and learned a lot with Ms. Phung, who also accompanied us to the Mekong Delta.

In Siem Reap, Cambodia Mr. Rat the driver and Mrs. Khatna were perfect. The visits to Angkor Wat were very informative and enjoyable. In Laos Mrs Thit guided us in Vientiane and the visits were very informative. In Luang Prabang we had 2 guides both of them were very competent and pleasant (Ott and Someton).
The hotels were perfect, the worst was at Lac Lak but it's really a retail affair ......

The homestays were very good and comfortable enough. All visits were perfect. When I come back I would like a little more visits close to the economic reality of the country, more homestays away from tourist sites.

In conclusion I come back with a strong desire to come back, I will recommend your agency to friends and acquaintances for his seriousness, his organization (no false note) everyone was very punctual.

The only thing that has caused me any problem is this tradition of gratuities that is not made easier when you often change your guide and driver. But that I think is difficult to solve. I think Régine will answer you as well. My brother sends you his good memories because he keeps with his wife an excellent memory of you.

Hello Mr. Tu,

We would like to thank you for this wonderful discovery of your country.
We will keep an excellent memory of our guide TUAN in North Vietnam, always playful, listening to us, and very available. Despite the unfavorable weather conditions in Halong Bay, we appreciated your commercial gesture regarding the lunch offered in counterpart. However, as you know, the friendliness of the proposed restaurant is not recommended, mainly from the manager of the restaurant (no complaints however about the quality of the kitchen). Day in Halong Bay, unforgettable land as well as the night homestay in Mai Chau. (very friendly owners).

Regarding our second guide, Mr CAT, we would have liked a little more dynamism, listening and availability on his part. He was very rich in culture, but too oriented for pagodas and temples. Visit of Hoian was very appreciated.

Finally, with TIN for our last stop, superb discovery of the South. We will keep a great memory of our guide and the Mekong Delta. (Very rich and intense days in activity). Note however a clarification for the night at the inhabitant, the owners should improve the quality of their breakfast and the bar, but do not change anything about their welcome and their cuisine.

For our part, we slept in the Garden section, no complaints, (which may not be the case for our friends who slept in the main house).
We thank you for the choice by your Agency of hotels and especially restaurants (quality of the kitchen and the very pleasant surroundings).

Rest assured that we will recommend the quality and seriousness of your services to our acquaintances who would like to visit your beautiful country.
