The trip was long but we went home with lots of good memories in mind. As agreed, I send you the report of the trip. I will proceed by region.
 Hanoi: Excellent
 - Hotel with very good services, good location. 
 - The restaurants were well chosen, the meals were succulent.
 - The program of activities very interesting and well put together.
 - The guide had an excellent level in French, very competent in his explanations, open to the exchange. 
 Sapa: All right. 
 - Charming hotel, well located.
 - Correct restaurants. 
 - Very beautiful mountain excursions, worth seeing. 
 - The guide spoke very good French, very kind, always ready to help us, ...

Halong Bay: All right.
- Despite the storm, we were able to take advantage: the program was modified so that we could still do what was planned.
- Nice junk, with a cabin on the upper deck: it was great for the view!
- The meals were good.
- Flexibility of the guide and the provider: adaptation of the program according to our desires / refund of the missed lunch. (Thanks for the negotiation!)

The center: Perfect
- A very good hotel with very good services in Hue, good hotel in Hoi an.
- A rich and varied activity program.
- Excellent meals.
- what about the guide? : He was just perfect, an excellent level in French, friendly and funny, very considerate, good advice, and listening to our desires, he made us discover his region with a lot of skills and humility. I take my hat off. We had a great time with him.   

If we were very very satisfied with the first 10 days and I think this is largely due to the guides, because they were the image of the name of your agency: authentic and true, however, the stay in the south we has less conquered for several reasons:

1) The program of activities was overall a little redundant: 2 pagodas after our arrival in Ho-chi-Minh, which was a bit duplicate with what we had already visited north and south 

2) The drivers: we had two. The first, who accompanied us on the first day, was presented to us by the guide as a driver "unprofessional" but overall, it went well. A second driver came for our trip to Ben Tre and Can Tho. His work was generally correct.

3) The guide: He was nice, but he was not up to the first 3 guides: 
- His French was correct but he had a strong accent and made some clumsiness, which made understanding sometimes difficult. 
- Lack of organization and / or anticipation
- Lack of flexibility
In short, here is the record that we can make of the trip. Even if the last days we have a little less, we are generally very satisfied with the services provided and are ready to work with you on a future trip.
Another big thank to you and your entire team, including the guides for everything! Your country is beautiful. I love Vietnam!

Hello Van Anh,

We learned it when we arrived in Paris ... We hope that the current tensions will subside and we will follow the news in Vietnam with attention.
We thank you again for organizing our stay that we really enjoyed. The pace was perfect, the homestays we enjoyed were humanly rewarding and the hotels in Hue and Hoi An were heavenly. Pilgrimage in Hue is really Top!
Regarding our guides, we spent the most time with Duc and Tan and also enjoyed them. A special mention to Tan for all he has taught us about the country.
Thank all the team and we will not hesitate to call on you again if we come back to Asia,

We went for a month in Vietnam to do a tour North, Center, Cambodia, South Vietnam. Everything was organized by Authentik Vietnam Agency and this trip was fabulous. The organization: hotels, sites visited and restaurants was top throughout the stay. Sympathy, smiles and unfailing skill have accompanied us throughout our journey.

We had health problems and were obliged to attend the medical services in Hue hospital: the organizer of our trip (from Hanoi) accompanied us every day by phone and allowed us, thanks to a contact French speaker in Hue who was physically present, to be cared for and to feel safe and in good hands.

We can only congratulate ourselves for appealing to them for our trip and the relations were so warm that we stayed in touch once we were back to France.
We only have one thing to say: congratulations for their investment and you can trust them with your eyes closed!

You are right to find out about agencies because you can find everything. I did the same before going to Vietnam in March 2016.
I can assure you that you will not be disappointed with Authentik Vietnam.
Feel free to compose your program with them, they are pros. Moreover, they are not much more expensive than others.
If I leave on a trip, it will be this agency with the same team I hope.

Dear Mr. Truong and Michel, 

Time passes so quickly ... and we have not thanked you yet for the nice trip you organized for us four! We particularly enjoyed the North, Hanoi and the organized excursions around; We enjoyed Sapa and Halong Bay despite the overcast weather. In this regard the captain of the junk and his crew have booked a mini-cruise of high quality, you can thank them on occasion. In the same way, our three guides were precious guides, not only in their activity of guide but also always available to take us to make small personal races (pharmacy, post office, bank ...) We really liked Hue, Hoian, the refinement and the calm of the gardens, the rivers, and also the welcome of the inhabitants.
 
In short we liked a lot of places and also to have meals and sleep in guest houses: they were all welcoming and charming with us. It is a formula that we liked to alternate with the hotel. Special mention also for the hotels of Hanoi, Hue and Hoian. I'm ready to go back to explore further North and center, with a little detour to the good rooftop restaurant in Saigon, where you were kind enough to invite us all for my birthday.
