We went to Vietnam as a couple in March 2014 with this agency. We can only praise the quality of its service.

1 driver and 1 guide for our stay in the north (Hanoi, country of white Thai and Halong Bay), same for the center (Danang, Hue Hoi An) and the same for the south (Saigon and Mekong).

You can trust us as we entirely believe in them after exchanging with French retirees who had already used Authentik Vietnam 2 times before us.

Here we are back in South of France, a little tired but in great shape. These holidays have brought us a serenity.

I still want to say that we were delighted to choose Authentik Vietnam to organize our trip and thank you very much for the seriousness of your work and that of your entire team.

Thank you for your kindness and your listening because you have been attentive to all our little problems and you provided us satisfactory solutions. You heard about the health of Annie, my sister-in-law, who had caught cold and you did everything to prevent her from fatigue. She came back and was delighted with her trip and her cough stopped. Your gifts at the end of our stay we liked very much.

We had very competent and very endearing guides and we gave them our addresses because we will be very happy to welcome them here if they choose to visit our country. Of course it is the same for you and your family if the heart tells you. The Languedoc Roussillon region is very touristy and its climate is much hotter than that of Paris.

The minibus drivers have been very available and their vehicles are impeccable. Domestic flights saved us a lot of fatigue. The privately owned junk cruise on Halong Bay left us with a wonderful memory and we enjoyed everywhere a particularly clear and warm weather. Your beautiful country makes us go from surprise to surprise and there is not one area that we liked less than the others. The train trip to Sapa and Bac Ha was very exotic for us and the train was really comfortable. So I hope we will convince future visitors to have the chance to use your services because the value is unbeatable! Maybe some of us will in a few years want to visit other parts of Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos or Burma.

The hotel in Saigon where we were upgraded to the hotel EDEN 4 stars ...
Morning homestay in the center and the meal in the family
The 2 nights in Hoi an ... very pretty city
Having discovered different means of transport: sampan, boat, junk, sampan, boat, bicycle, push shoot, train and plane
The hotel in Phu Quoc: wonderful, the island of Phu Quoc  has some very pretty beaches with magnificent water.
The hotels are ideally located in the center of lively areas ...
The Guide Hiep to the North very nice, with a perfect French without any accent
The southern guide, Pierre: Great with a great knowledge in culture, a beautiful person from the inside ...

Two small remarks only:

The hotel in Minh Dinh: limited cleanliness, far from everything in a city where there is no activity.
The guide of the Tao Center who is not friendly, she does her job without taking interest in us and rushes to finish to have her free time. She has knowledge but she is not interesting and difficult to understand .
I will recommend to anyone who would like to go to Vietnam. You are excellent professionals!! And everything was at a reasonable price.

We have returned to France since yesterday noon, we have the sun but only 18 degrees, which is very correct for the season with us but we regret the warmth of Vietnam!

We wanted to thank you again for the flawless organization of our stay! We discovered a wonderful country, sites without tourists with Doan and we went where we would not have been alone, so thank you for everything, thank you very much to Doan for his kindness and professionalism! We will advertise your site and your organization with our French friends to encourage them to visit Vietnam!

We plan to come back to see the center and the north some time later too!

We have just returned from a trip of almost four weeks with you who have gone too fast! We will keep an excellent memory of this trip which was almost perfect! We were really satisfied with the organization, the punctuality, the quality of the guides and the drivers, the French guides who were cultivated, smiling, kind and always available who love their country and make it share!

The choice of the circuit that we left to your care corresponded to our expectations (maybe a day less to Hoi Han) and one more to Hochiminh city so as to visit the tunnels and can be plantations of rubber trees! This will give us the opportunity to come back! I also want to emphasize the good condition and comfort of the vehicles used and the expertise of the drivers with whom despite the traffic a little disorganized we have never been afraid! The good organization of the excursions. As for the restaurants chosen we have always been delighted by the quality of the cuisine even in more modest places. In short we have only compliments to do and it is the sad heart that we returned to France! We are waiting for one thing that is to leave!

Thank you for your e-mail. It's my turn to apologize for not answering you more quickly but the resumption of work leaves us little time. We still have wonderful memories and experience shared with the guides of your agency remains outstanding. We will not fail to provide your address if friends want to visit your country. 

The 3 guides we had were really very good with a special mention for Nguyen (Northern guide). All 3 tell the story of your country with anecdotes, with many smiles, in short we feel that they really have a lot of fun to share with foreigners. The hotels and the junk were also very good, apart from the Sao Mai hotel in Bac Ha - but that's due to the lack of infrastructure in this area. 
We loved Vietnamese cuisine; From the restaurant in Hanoi to the restaurants of the other towns or villages: it was really a treat. On the junk we also ate very well. We enjoyed the circuit with a small flat for stops at tourist shops ... but it was ... The drivers were very nice and the comfort and cleanliness of the vehicles was very good.

 If we go back to Vietnam to discover the other regions of your country, we will definitely appeal to your agency. Sunny greetings from Switzerland (spring arrived before the hour - 15 degrees today !!) and the pleasure of seeing you again.

Sorry to answer you late but the resumption of work then we went to the snow then, not a second to answer you.
We were delighted with your services, the guides were great, pleasant, respectful, smiling and want to share their culture and vice versa.

The accommodations were comfortable, nothing to say, the meals were delicious. We really wanted to eat Vietnamese food and your dishes are really excellent. We even buy something to make “Nem” at home.
The tour was perfect off the beaten path, that's what we wanted to really meet the Vietnamese people and share your culture.

Regarding the vehicles we all tested and it was very nice except for some delay of the company Vietnam Airlines all been perfect. The drivers were nice and smiling.
We are nostalgic to be home and keep a lot of good memories and laughs ....
